Abstract

In the matter of planning the development of the country, the pivotal role of water cannot be ignored; Therefore, in order to contain the floods, building a dam is considered one of the effective measures in the field of directing and collecting water. In this research, a questionnaire was first prepared using the Delphi method. In this way, with the aim of identifying the risks in the region and considering the characteristics of Absardeh Dam, 20 parameters were considered as risk factors. Then, using spss software, the reliability and validity of the questionnaire was also measured by the Lavshe method, and the low value and inappropriate risk options were removed. Out of 20 parameters, 14 parameters were selected and considered as risk options. According to the results, the most negative effects (62%) in the physical, chemical, biological and economic-social-cultural environments related to wildlife and habitat, air pollution, noise pollution, plant species at risk, animal species at risk, soil erosion , the quality of surface water, the quality of underground water and change of use, and the positive results related to the economic-social-cultural criteria which were about (38%), including employment, income, welfare, migration and It is a tourism perspective. The most negative effect related to the wildlife of the habitat is from the biological environment with an average number of -2/50. Considering that in the rows and columns, there is no average rating smaller than -3/1; The implementation of the project is approved. It is obvious that it is not possible to completely eliminate the negative effects of the project, but it is possible to reduce their intensity and scope.
